A 30-minute Astro-Durance Bungee Training session provides high cardio that can burn up to 1200 calories while adding no stress to the joints. With the Bungee Fitness Chain that is included, our systems can be attached to ceilings from 9′ to 17′ feet high. If your ceiling is higher than 17′ feet, you can order additional Bungee Fitness Chains to accommodate your space.

Finally, keep in mind that bungees used in motion-based training can stretch and break down over time, especially with vigorous workouts. To ensure the longevity of your bungees, be sure to allow for additional weight resistance – around 20 pounds for a vigorous workout and 30 pounds for users who are overweight.
