Our Bungee Rehabilitation Equipment

Our Bungee Rehabilitation Pro 320 is a specialized and highly stable bungee fitness system, for a person weighing up to 420 pounds.

Our Bungee Rehabilitation Pro 320 provides increased stability for clients that are overweight or need rehabilitation due to limb or medical issues. Rehabilitation Pro provides a much more airy, buoyant fitness experience allowing the user to feel completely secure no matter what their “abilities”.

Our Rehab Pro products use a specific number of Astro Bungees hooked to each hip of our luxury harness, as opposed to all bungees hooked to only the rear harness loop. It limits the user’s ability to perform harder moves until they are ready and/or have lost weight, at which time the set-up is easily changed.

Our Bungee Workout Harness has connection loops in the back, front, and sides that allow even distribution of resistance cord weight to give the client extra support for balance. This unique bungee concept allows the professional to perform a greater range of rehabilitation movements and safe, effective exercise options for people recovering from surgery; stroke; limb difference; or wheelchair-bound.  Bungee workout regimens can be modified to meet the specific needs of each client and their individual rehabilitation needs. Almost anyone can use Astro-Durance Bungee Training Systems regardless of limitations.

Using Rehabilitation Pro we are confident that we can meet anyone’s needs, whether they are limb different, need rehabilitation for medical reasons, or are overweight. Working together with your Astro Hero sales agent, we will customize the number of bungees on each hip hook up for the ideal experience for you or your client. Based upon need we will increase or decrease the number of Astro Bungee Systems by adding more “2 in 1’s”, “3 in 1’s” or “4 in 1’s” evenly to each side.

For example, the Lightweight Bungee Fitness System allows you to upgrade the harness to one or two sizes, while the Heavyweight and Bungee Rehabilitation Pro offer all four sizes of Bungee Workout Harnesses to choose from.

Another important factor to consider when selecting a Bungee Fitness System is the height of your ceiling. With the Bungee Fitness Chain that is included, our systems can be attached to ceilings from 9′ to 17′ feet high. If your ceiling is higher than 17′ feet, you can order additional Bungee Fitness Chains to accommodate your space.

Finally, keep in mind that bungees used in motion-based training can stretch and break down over time, especially with vigorous workouts. To ensure the longevity of your bungees, be sure to allow for additional weight resistance – around 20 pounds for a vigorous workout and 30 pounds for users who are overweight. This will help to minimize friction, stretch, and stress on the bungees, ensuring that you get the most out of your Astro-Durance Bungee Fitness System.
